love: do you believe in marriage.
i do believe in marriage, and have wanted to get married ever since i was a little girl, but i don’t think it’s the only way to show love in any sense of the term—there’s a huge (and understandable) emphasis on it in culture today, simply given human history, but i don’t think it’s the only way you can possibly show how much you care for any person. people are much more complex than that, and it’s something that society should at least try to understand.

i do a lot of donation work, actually, through various volunteer groups and support committees and things. they’re all for organizations in india, for the most part, but through them, i’ve had the opportunity to experience so many different things, and it’s just so amazing, and humbling, and i love it.
watching blind dancers—legitimately blind, mind you—perform on stage with amazing precision and grace and beauty is one of the most amazing things i’ve gotten to see through them, for example. it’s great.
